01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing PacificTechScope.digital or utilizing our tech analytics software, you enter into a binding legal agreement with PacificTechScope, based in Wellington, New Zealand. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

We provide specialized data visualization and software solutions designed to transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Your continued use of our tools constitutes acceptance of these conditions, which are designed to protect both the integrity of our intellectual property and the security of your data insights.

User Conduct & Service Access

Prohibited Actions

Users of our tech analytics platforms are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any software solutions provided by PacificTechScope.
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract data from our proprietary visualization interfaces.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the logic, designs, and systems that power our analytics.

The "look and feel" of the PacificTechScope platform, including but not limited to custom data visualization templates, proprietary algorithms, and brand assets, are the exclusive property of PacificTechScope. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for your business intelligence needs.

Engineered in New Zealand

Your data remains your own. Any insights generated using our tech analytics tools are yours to keep and utilize, provided you do not violate the underlying copyright of our methodology or visualization software.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While PacificTechScope strives for 100% accuracy in our data visualization and software outputs, all services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, PacificTechScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of our tech analytics services.

"The quality of analytics is dependent on the quality of input data. PacificTechScope is a facilitator of insight, not a guarantor of specific market outcomes."

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wellington.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our analytics suite immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
